PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for granulating a compound of a low content carbon grade resin at the lowest production cost and a granulation device. SOLUTION: After plasticizing part of a base polymer A supplied from the hopper 2 of a biaxial kneading extruder 1, crude carbon B is supplied with a side feeder 4. The crude carbon B is dispersed by kneading into the plasticized base polymer A to obtain a highly concentrated kneaded melt. Further, the base polymer A of such a quantity as to make a carbon concentration as specified is supplied from a side feeder 5 to disperse the base polymer A by kneading into the kneaded melt. Thus the a low content carbon grade resin C is prepared.
