PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a both-surface resin coated metal laminated material by simultaneously coating both surfaces of a metal material with a thermoplastic resin at the same time as a membrane having high capacities, that is, thickness uniformity, high processability, high close adhesiveness or high membrane physical properties. SOLUTION: The heating region 3 of a metal base material 1, the dies 5a, 5b supplying a pair of the thermoplastic resins 4a, 4b mutually opposed to the passage of the heated metal base material in a metal membrane shape, a pair of hot laminating rolls 6a, 6b bonding the thermoplastic resins 4a, 4b to both surfaces of the metal base material 1 and a quenching means 8 quenching a formed laminated material 7 are arranged. The heated metal base material 1 is passed through the gap between a pair of the hot laminating rolls 6a, 6b in the direction almost right-angled to the connection line of the centers of the hot laminating rolls 6a, 6b and the molten films of the thermoplastic resins 4a, 4b from the respective dies 5a, 5b are supported to be fed by the corresponding hot laminating rolls 6a, 6b to be supplied to the nip position between the hot laminating rolls 6a, 6b to weld the membranes of the thermoplastic resins 4a, 4b to both surfaces of the metal base material 1 at the same time. |
