PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical block with the right spherical shape using a porous concrete material without the risk of a defect in terms of the quality, such as the missing part in the spherical block, capable of remarkably reducing the time necessary for molding. SOLUTION: A detachable mold 5 is mounted to the lower part of a main body cylinder 2. While sliding the main body cylinder 2 by driving a sliding motor, a block material is introduced to a material introduction opening 8 for a predetermined amount. By driving a pressure cylinder, a movable mold 3 is moved to the vicinity of the detachable mold 5. Then, the main body cylinder 2 is reversed and swayed around the swaying central axis C in the horizontal direction so as to be in the upside down state from the upright state 2A. Again, the main body cylinder 2 is reversed to be in the upright state 2A. The pressure operation of the pressure cylinder is stopped and the drive of the sliding motor is stopped. Then, the removable mold 5 and a substantially spherical block are taken out. |
