<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush glass products into particles with desiring particle sizes and at the same time produce crushed matters with different particle sizes by one step by making the gap between a crushing chamber and a powder granule recovering chamber adjustable in a height adjusting part and making the porous bottom plate, which is installed in a bottom plate insertion part in a freely detachable manner, changeable with another porous bottom plate with different pore size. SOLUTION: When glass products are thrown to a crushing chamber 1 through an inlet 15, crushers 12 constituted of a plurality of rows of square pillars formed in the outer circumferential faces of crushing rollers 11 with 15-45 deg. phase difference crush the glass products. Since the crushing rollers 11 are so journalled to a swinging shaft through arms in freely swinging manner, the rollers swing up and down around the arm as a center on a porous bottom plate 7, which is installed in a bottom plate insertion part in a freely changeable manner, and circularly move and rotate while running on the glass products to crush the glass products. The crushed matters, which are glass products crushed into the size corresponding to that of the hole parts of the porous bottom plate 7, is then recovered in a lower part of a lower part recovering part 5a through a crushed matter recovering part 5.</p> |
