PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a plate or a molded product jointly equipped with excellent moisture permeability and hish strength by a method wherein the plate product or molded product is composed of a mixed fiber of only vegetable fiber or vegetable fiber and another organic and/or inorganic fiber, and an isocyanate curable composition of joining those fibers together, and molded by compression. SOLUTION: A plate product or a molded product is manufactured by forming and compression molding with a sheet shaped material composed of mixed fiber of only palm fiber or palm fiber and another organic and/or inorganic fiber, knitted textile composed of vegetable natural fiber arranged on at least one surface of the fiber layer and/or inside that, nonwoven fabric or bamboo fiber, etc., and isocyanate curable resin joining those fibers together. The palm fiber herein is fiber bark, petiole base fiber, masocarp fiber, etc., which are sampled from palm family plant such as cocopalm or the like. Hemp fiber or the like is used as the organic fiber, polyester fiber or the like is used as the synthetic resin, and glass fiber or the like is used as the inorganic fiber. |
