PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cement composition capable of preventing the generation of a bleeding at the time of injecting into the ground and a base rock, hardly causing a trouble in a long distance transportation and capable of preventing adhesion inside pipes and agitating machines by using a calcium silicate hydride instead of bentnite as a cement milk. SOLUTION: In the cement composition 1-19 pts.wt. calcium silicate hydride having a Ca/Si mol. ratio of 1.0-4.0 and having an ignition loss of 5-35% is added to 100 pts.wt. cement. The calcium silicate hydride suppresses the generation of the bleeding by forming flock by a cohesive force working between particles and confining water in the flock. In this way, the flock is eliminated and the water confined in the flock becomes a free water and fluidity is obtained in the case where external force is applied to the flock or while the flock is fluidized.
