PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agent for allowing the brain to be healthy and vital capable of being boiled by only adding water thereto without washing the agent, without reducing the nutrient by washing of the rice, and further capable of naturally and readily ingesting a balancing amount of nutrients useful for activating the brain with saccharide of the rice. SOLUTION: This agent for allowing the brain to be healthy and vital is obtained by coating or impregnating various kinds of nutrients to grains of washed and polished rice. The formulating nutrients are 50,000-75,000 units vitamin A, 25-35mg vitamin B1, 30-40mg vitamin B2, 2.5-3.0g vitamin C, 400-500mg vitamin E, 15-30g calcium, 0.2-1.0g lecithin, 0.4-2.0g nucleic acid, 2-3g docosahexaenoic acid, 2-3g extract of leaf of Ginkgo biloba and 4-6g sodium glutamate based on 10kg objective agent for allowing the brain to be healthy and vital. |
