<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a difference in curing degrees between a formed material inserted into a position near a hot plate and a formed material inserted into a position separated from a hot plate by heating and pressurizing a constituent while supplying a heat source to the hot plate, then shutting off supply of the heat source, subsequently continuing heating and pressurizing, and then cooling the plate. SOLUTION: A constituent 19 set obtained by superposing seven prepregs, and superposing one copper foil with adhesive having a thickness of about 35μm at one side is alternately superposed, inserted between hot plates, and heated and pressurized at about 170 of the plate temperature and about 11MPa of the pressure. Supply of vapor is shut off at about 75min after heating is started, the air is supplied for about 5min, and medium channel of the plate is evacuated vacant. This state is held for about 10min, and cooling water is passed to the channel to cool the plate. At this time, the temperature, time and area of the molding inserted to the nearest position to the plate is about 390 deg.C, and the temperature time area of the molding inserted into the farthest position from the plate is about 25 deg.C.</p> |
