PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer material which gives a resin compsn. excellent not only in vibration damping properties in the range of general living temps, but also in impact resistance and surface gloss. SOLUTION: This multilayer-structured acrylic polymer particle has a layer (I) in its inside and a layer (II) as the outermost layer, the wt. ratio of III being (60-40)-(95/5). Layer I comprises a copoylmer of 2-99.99wt.% acrylic ester and 0.01-10wt.% polyfunctional monomer, and the main dispersion of loss tangent (tanδ) of dynamic viscoelasticity of the copolymer has its peak at a temp. of 0-40 deg.C and the value of the peak is 0.1 or higher. Layer II comprises a copolymer from a monomer mixture contg. 40-99wt.% methacrylic ester. and the main dispersion of tanδhas its peak at 50 deg.C or higher.
