PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of labor and improve efficiency by automatizing an operation in a method and device for automatically producing baked foods. SOLUTION: A baking mold 2 in which a large number of semispherical recesses 3, 3 are arranged side by side is mounted on a case 1 and a vibrating source is provided at the bottom of the case 1. And the case 1 is put into a separately formed outer case 8 so as to be supported on the case 8 through springs. And a heating mechanism 10 supported on the case 8 is provided in opposition to the underside of the mold 2. And materials in the recesses 3, 3 of the mold 2 are baked by the heat of the mechanism 10; however, vibration of the case 1 is prevented from being transmitted to the mechanism 10. |
