PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device inexpensive and compact by omitting an illuminator for a 1st camera and enabling the use of a general camera for visible light as a 1st camera. SOLUTION: When the positions of eyes can not specified since a figure in the image of upper half body photographed by 1st cameras 1 and 2 is a silhouette, an image processing part 4 gives the information on the silhouette area in the figure to a movable control part 6, the movable control part 6 drives a movable mechanism 5, and the inside of this area is photographed by a 2nd camera 3. The image processing part 4 searches the positions of eyes from that image and applies the position information of eyes provided by that search to the movable control part 6, the movable control part 6 drives the movable mechanism 5, the eyes of the figure are photographed by the 2nd camera 3, and the image processing part 4 possesses iris images from the enlarged images of eyes provided by that photographing. |
