PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject molded form capable of giving rubbers low in dissipation factor and heat generation, by compounding rubber ingredients with carbon black pressure-molded under a specified pressure. SOLUTION: This molded form is a carbon black pressure-molded form coated with pref. a heat-shrinkable material or a material soluble to or miscible with rubber. The other objective rubber composition is obtained by compounding homogeneously dispersing 100 pts.wt. of at least one kind of rubber selected from the group consisting of natural rubber and diene-based synthetic rubber with 30-150 pts.wt. of carbon black molded under a pressure of 2-1,000kgf/cm<2> and coated, exhibiting high dispersibility, low dissipation factor and low heat generation; thereby resolving such problems as environmental pollution due to dusting during rubber kneading operation. |
