PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophysiological catheter which has a structure simpler than that of a conventional one, and which can easily be used in comparison with the conventional one, and to provide a multifunctional wire used therefor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: An electrophysiological catheter has a catheter shaft incorporating a chip part 22 which forms a lumen, a multifunctional member 60 having a distal end part 64 extended along the catheter shaft and extended into the lumen so as to be longitudinally slidable in the lumen, and torque transmission surfaces which formed in the lumen and the distal end part 64, and interfering with each other so as to rotate the multifunctional member 60 and to apply a torque to the chip part 22. |
