<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming components adhered to solids such as concrete wastes into fine powder and removing the same without crushing, using the whole of the inner volume, improving the treatment efficiency and kneading solids heated up to the high temperature. SOLUTION: Concrete wastes are fed continuously from a feed pipe 17 into a main body 11. The wastes are ground and kneaded by a steel bar 16 and dropped. During the process, the wastes are ground and kneaded by the steel bar 16 and the like, and components adhered on the outer faces of the wastes are pealed off and turned into fine powder. The fine powder is discharged outside the main body by an upward flow. The wastes are ground and kneaded to be formed into aggregates only, which pass through a space 18 and a clearance 19 and discharged on the upper face of a table feeder 12 outside. Then the aggregates are discharged onto a discharge section 22 by a scraper 21. For the purpose of keeping the waste level in the main body 11 constant, the number of rotations of the feeder is controlled so that the torque of a motor 14 is set in the given range.</p> |
