<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the privacy of a resident by fixing this blind device with a plurality of vertical sash bars of a building handrail set up on a veranda or a window and so forth with ease and shading the clearance between the vertical sash bars and preventing peeping from the outside. SOLUTION: This building handrail is formed by fixing a blind material 7 which is shaped up with a mounting piece 8 and a slanted wing piece 10, which is projected integrally from both ends of the mounting piece 8 and provided with a horizontal surface at the tip side, with a plurality of vertical sash bars 6 with a proper spacing between the upper and lower rail members 5. The mounting piece 8 of the blind material 7 is fixed with the vertical such bars, thereby closing the clearance between the vertical sash bars 6 with the wing piece 10.</p> |
