IMAGE PICK-UP DEVICE APPLIED TO WORK MACHINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up device by which a condition of a work and/or a work tool can be grasped without disconnecting a process. SOLUTION: A CCD camera 36 puts a focal point to a specified point P existing on a movable track of a subject surface Wa of a work W which is reciprocatorily moved linearly. A position detection sensor 39 outputs a trigger signal at an instant when the subject surface Wa of the work W gets into a focal point range X of the CCD camera 36. A controller 31 takes only an image which is synchronized with the trigger signal among images inputted from the CCD camera 36 to be held in an image memory 32. The controller 31 holds the image from the CCD camera 36 to be displayed in a CRT 33.
