PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of cracks and the deterioration of positional accuracy of fine-through holes from occurring. SOLUTION: A green sheet 7 for a thin-section plate has a tensile strength (σ) of 10kgf/cm<2> or more and 200kgf/cm<2> or less, and also has an elongation rate of 0.5mm<3> /kgf or more and 25.0mm<3> /kgf or less expressed by a formula Δl.S/T, wherein Δl(mm) represents an elongation at the time of the rupture of the green sheet 7 for the thin-section plate and T(kgf) and S(mm<2> ) respectively represent the tension and the cross section at the time of the rupture. In addition, the absolute value of a difference in temperatures T50 in the process of sintering between the green sheet 7 for the thin-section plate and a green sheet 9 for a rigid sheet, is 50 deg.C or less, and the absolute value of a difference in baking shrinkage F between both green sheets 7, 9 is 1.5% or less. Further, the green sheet 7 for the thin-sections plate with plural fine-through holes 1 formed by punching is laminated on the green sheet 9 for the rigid plate into a monolithic laminate and this laminate is baked. |
