PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compsn. for production of a sintered molding with which a degreasing stage of a green molding is rapidly and efficiently executable and a homogeneous sintered molding having high dimensional accuracy is obtainable without the occurrence of craze, blister, deformation, etc., in the molding in a heating and degreasing stage and a process for producing the sintered molding by using the same. SOLUTION: This compsn. for production of the sintered molding including the extraction degreasing by water or a hydrophilic solvent contains a polyacetal resin (A) and a water-soluble or hydrophilic solvent-soluble org. compd. having a m.p. or softening point of >=30 deg.C, for example, ethylene glycol, methyl cellulose, etc., and further, a resin which may be arbitrarily heated and degreased (C). This process for producing the sintered molding consists in molding the compsn. described above, bringing the resulted green molding and the water or the hydrophilic solvent into contact with each other, extracting and degreasing the water-soluble or hydrophilic solvent- soluble org. compd. (B) from the green molding, then removing the remaining components exclusive of the sinterable powder by heating and further, sintering the sinterable powder. |
