PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. capable of firing at a low temp. of <=1,200 deg.C, forming a satisfactory internal electrode, preventing the deterioration of insulating property and capable of improving reliability. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain compsn. contains a base represented by the formula [(Ba1-x Cax )O]k (Ti1-y Zry )O2 (where 0.02<=x<=0.12, 0.05<=y<=0.24 and 1.00<=k<=1.03) and 0.15-0.80 pt.wt. Li2 O-SiO2 glass based on 100 pts.wt. of the base. The amt. of Li2 O in the Li2 O-SiO2 glass is 5-70mol%. |
