PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring plug having a built-in unsealing blade without any fear of a hand being injured by the unsealing blade of the pouring plug when a paper container for liquid after use is disassembled and segregated for collection. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 230 for guide is perpendicularly provided on a lower side of a top plate 210 of a cap 200 in which a spiral lowering guide inclined surface 232 whose outer circumferential surface on the upper side is projected outwardly and a spiral elevating guide inclined surface 233 whose outer circumferential surface on the lower side is projected outwardly are formed so that a lower end of the elevating guide inclined surface is formed lower than a lower end of the lowering guide inclined surface with the same inclination on the corresponding outer circumferential surface, a plurality of longitudinal grooves 122 are formed in an inner surface of a pouring cylinder 120 of a spout 100, and a plurality of projections 131 sliding in the longitudinal grooves are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end and an unsealing blade 132 is formed on the lower end.
