PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable production of uniform and high quality fried foods by efficiently and accurately applying fried dusts on the surface of food material with a water melted coat while allowing adjusting of the size and shape of the whole of the fried foods after they are attached. SOLUTION: A lower mold 11 is arranged to have inside a required hollow chamber 11a which can house a food material 17 with a water melted coat having fried dusts 7 around it. An upper mold 12 is arranged to have inside a required hollow chamber 12a in such a manner that it can be engaged on with the lower mold 11 making the insides of the two molds face each other while the hollow chamber thereof is allowed to press the food material 17 with the water melted coat and the fried dust 7 around it together in cooperation with the hollow chamber 11a of the lower mold 11 therebetween when engaged on with the lower mold 11. |
