PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remaining of uncut blood vessels in a polyp by projecting wires from the steels in flexible plastic tubes by sliding of a ring handle part to press the projecting part of an auxiliary part to the front end of the groove of a holder body and projecting only the wire from the one steel, thereby forming a D shape. SOLUTION: When the ring handle part 12 is slid, the front ends of the wires 3, 4 are projected from the steels in the flexible plastic tubes 5, 6 and the projecting part of the auxiliary part 13 comes into contact with the holder body 11. When the ring handle part 12 is further slid, the auxiliary part 13 parts from the ring handle part 12 and the wire 3 is further extended to an arc shape by the steel fixed to the ring handle part 12, by which the front ends of the wires 3, 4 from the steels are made to form the D shape. The polyp is then put into the cautery electrode part of the D shape. When the ring handle part 12 is pulled toward the operator in an energized state, the wire rope 3 is pulled and the cautery electrode part is formed to a straight form. The polyp is thus cauterized and cut. |
