摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a solar cell tile, and to prevent the formation of cracks in a tile base material by a method wherein a minite-layer forming layer is formed around the surface side of the side face of a solar cell in a tile molding die, a foamed-layer forming layer is formed onto the minute-layer forming layer and the rear of the solar cell, the minute-layer forming layer is shaped onto the foamed-layer forming layer and these layers are unified and a tile base material is formed. SOLUTION: Slurry for forming a minute layer is flowed to the periphery of a half on the surface side on the side face of a solar cell 11 in a tile molding die 5, and a surface minute-layer forming layer 121' is formed. Slurry for forming a foamed layer is flowed onto the periphery of the half on the surface side and rear of the side face of the cell 11 and in the forming layer 12', and a foamed-layer forming layer 122' is formed. Slurry for forming the minute layer is flowed onto the forming layer 122', a rear minute-layer forming layer 123' is shaped, forms 3 are covered with a top force 4 and thermally treated, and a tile base material is formed and mold- released and the solar cell, on which the cell 11 is fixed, is acquired. The acquired solar cell is lightened because of the foamed layer, and cracks are difficult to be formed in the tile base material because the shrinkage force of the surface minute layer absorbs the foamed layer.
