<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know an operation state at a point of time when trouble is generated even when there is the time delay from the generation of trouble to the detection of the trouble by outputting the data of an operation state corresponding to the definite time from the present point of time stored in a memory part to a time before the definite time at a point of time of the detection of trouble. SOLUTION: In a data memory part 13, at a time of the steady operation state of an extrusion molding machine, extrusion state data is always inputted from a drive control part 5 and a temp. control part 9 and an extrusion condition is always inputted from a display/operation part 1 and the definite time from the present point of time to the point of time before a definite time is stored in a round buffer formula in a time series. When the information of the trouble detection is received from a trouble detection part 11, the time series data of the extrusion condition and an extrusion state stored at a point of time when trouble is detected are outputted to the display/operation part 1 and a memory device 17. By this constitution, the display/operation part 1 displays the extrusion condition corresponding to a definite time and the time series data of an extrusion state on a screen and the memory device 17 writes the same in a memory medium such as a floppy disk or prints out the same.</p> |
