PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracted beverage manufacturing device which can manufacture and sell beverage in a short time without losing taste and transparency of the beverage. SOLUTION: An extracted beverage manufacturing device is provided with a hot water tank 38 for storing hot water 30b, which saves time to boil water at every time of selling. Thereby extracted beverage can be manufactured and sold in a short time. In this case, if the water 30b is boiled too long in the hot water tank 38, the water 30b turns alkaline. However if carbonic acid gas in a carbonic acid gas cylinder 60 acts on the alkalized hot water 30b, pH of the hot water 30b is lowered to neutrality or acidity. And by extracting coffee beverage with this neutral or acid hot water 30b, elution of bitterness or astringency ingredient is held down appropriately to obtain the coffee beverage having mild taste and to prevent loss of taste. By extracting tea and the like with neutral or acid hot water, the tea turns amber color, and the green tea turns transparent green. |
