PURPOSE: To provide a floor sheet at a low cost from industrial waste, wherein a surface is free of flaws substantially and the sheet as a whole has excellent preventive force against expansion and contraction. CONSTITUTION: A floor sheet concerned is composed of at least a facial resin sheet 1, a plurality of thin underlay resin sheets 2, and a fiber base material 3, which are laminated one over another, heated, and contact bonding together by pressure, wherein each underlay resin sheet 2 is formed from a number of small lumps T of industrial waste consisting of synthetic resin and fiber base material which are subjected to heating and rolling process. To fabricate this floor sheet, first the industrial waste consisting of synthetic resin and fiber base material is cut into small lumps T, and a number of small lumps T are heated and rolled to yield a thin underlay resin sheet 2. The heating and contact bonding process is made in the condition that at least facial resin sheet 1, a plurality of underlay resin sheets 2, and base of fiber are laminated one over another. |
