PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a rubber sheet to a thickness of reinforcing cloth by inserting ultra-fine reinforcing cloth into a rubber layer, and leaching unvulcanized rubber to an opposite side of the cloth to integrate it. SOLUTION: The ultra-fine rubber sheet has a structure that reinforcing cloth 1 is inserted into a rubber layer 3 to be integrated. Since the cloth 1 is inserted into the layer 3 in this manner, the sheet can be theoretically thinned to the same thickness as that of the cloth 1. The thickness of the cloth is less than 30 to 100μm. If it is less than 100μm, there is a fear of insufficiency of its strength. Weight of the cloth is preferably 5 to 100g/m<2> . Charging amount of the rubber layer is preferably 10 to 150 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of rubber content. If it is less than 10 pts.wt., shrink is large, and uniform rubber layer is scarcely formed. Meanwhile, if it exceeds 150 pts.wt., its elongation is reduced. |
