PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent which has sufficient detergency and scarcely generates a foreign odor even in long-term storage of clothing after washing by blending a nonionic surfactant, a (meth)acrylic ester copolymer and perfume(s) having a specified boiling point. SOLUTION: The nonionic surfactant used comprises at least one compound selected from ethylene oxide adducts to a primary or secondary alcohol having an 8-20C alkyl or alkenyl, and ethylene oxide adducts to a lower alcohol ester of an 8-22C fatty acid, and its content is 10-50wt.% in the detergent. The copolymer used is represented by the formula [wherein R<1> and R<3> are each H or methyl; R<2> is a 1-18C alkyl; R<4> and R<6> area each a 1-4C alkylene; R<5> is H, methyl or ethyl; and P and Q are each the number of moles, and the ratio of P to Q is (1:9) to (8:2)] and has an average molecular weight of 20,000 to 1,000,000, and its content is 1-15wt.% in the detergent. The detergent contains 0.05-1wt.% perfume(s) having a boiling point of 230 deg.C or higher and accounting for at least 30% of the total perfumes. |
