PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier tape manufacturing method capable of performing molding of good dimensional accuracy regardless of a material of a sheet, minimizing the abrasion of a mold and capable of preventing the generation of burr. SOLUTION: In a mold used in the press molding of a carrier tape manufacturing method, the stripper plates 3, 4 and die plates 5, 6 used in a first stage 1 performing the drawing processing of the pocket parts of a carrier tape and the punching processing of the sprocket holes thereof and a second stage 2 performing the punching processing of the inspection holes of the pocket parts are constituted in a divided form and spacers 11 are arranged under the die plates 5, 6 of the second stage 2 to be changed in thickness to make it possible to freely regulate the sheet moving distance 13 between the first and second stages 1, 2. |
