PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve agitability of material to be kneaded and compounding ingredient and to prevent retention or fixture of the material and the ingredient in a kneading chamber by forming a sectional shape of a drop door asymmetrical at a top as a boundary in a lateral direction. SOLUTION: A sectional shape of a drop door 4 is formed asymmetrical at a top as a boundary in a lateral direction. A size of a space formed between a blade end of a rotor 5 and the top of the door 4 is different from that of a space formed between the blade end of a rotor 6 and the door 4. Branch flows of material to be kneaded and compounding ingredient from the top of the door 4 in lateral direction are changed, and positional exchanges of the material and the ingredients in the lateral direction are vigorously conducted. Accordingly, agitability is improved, and retention and fixture of the material and the ingredients in a kneading chamber 2 do not occur. Shearing forces of the material and the ingredient are increased to improve mixing dispersibility of the material and the ingredients in the chamber 2. |
