<p>PURPOSE:To increase largely productivity and reduce remarkably cost by setting a design mold and a lid mold at a specific temperature to load an unprocessed containing material to press and mold a shoe sole having a rising portion and having an external periphery in a vulcanized state and an internal periphery in an unvulcanized state. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like unvulcanized rubber containing material 1 is inserted into a slit of molding shoe sole of a mold M for molding shoe sole comprising a lid mold 3 fit into a design mold 2 having a surface attached with shoe sole design 21, and a riser at the toe tip 22 and a riser at the heel 23. At this time the design mold is adjusted at not higher than 130 deg.C while the lid mold not higher than 90 deg.C. Then the mold M for molding shoe sole is pressed and fit to mold the shoe sole 12. Consequently the shoe sole is molded with the external periphery 12a contacting the design mold in a vulcanized state and the internal periphery 12b contacting the lid mold in an unvulcanized state.</p> |
