PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar light power generation and snow melting device for power generation and melting of snow by operating an electric appliance by using power generated by a solar battery panel, and melting snow by supplying electricity to the solar battery panel in winter. SOLUTION: A circuit for taking out electricity from a solar battery panel A and another circuit for supplying current to the solar battery A are changed over by a change-over device B. setting is performed so as to be switched on by a time switch C in winter night, and when night comes, the circuit change- over device B is changed over. When the circuit is changed over by the time switch C in winter night, alternating electricity supplied from a commercial power source L by midnight electric power is converted into a direct current power source F by a converter D, and supplied to the solar battery panel A. The solar battery panel A in which electricity is supplied is heat-generated, and snow accumulated on a roof is melted. Accordingly, power generation can be surely performed, even in winter snow falling working of the roof is not necessary. |
