<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam irradiation device where a space is kept surely on a work, the work is changed simply and its maintenance working is executed easily by broadening the relative movement of the work and a beam forming means outside the irradiation territory. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a laser beam source 12 to emit a laser beam, optical systems 14, 15, 25 arranged on an optical path from the laser beam source to a work, and a scanning means by relatively moving these optical systems and the work, the optical systems have beam forming means to form the laser beam in a line like beam, and the first state of the optical systems being relatively moved within the territory of irradiating the work with the laser beam and the second state of the optical systems being moved without the territory of irradiating the work with the laser beam are provided.</p> |
