PRODUCTION OF CEMENT CLINKER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing cement clinker capable of efficiently and stably burning waste tires and using these waste tires as a combustion assistant material. SOLUTION: This process for producing the cement clinker consists in using the waste tires as fuel together with heavy oils or coal at the time of calcining the cement clinker with a rotary kiln having a suspension preheater. In such a case, the waste tires are crushed to finer particles and the fine particles of the waste tires are charged into the rotary kiln near to the calcination zone in the rotary kiln as a target from the end of the rotary kiln which is the outlet side of the cement clinker by using a mechanical charging means.
