摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep reception signal quality fixed and to suppress power consumption by improving the accuracy of the CIR measurement of a reception wave level and power control. SOLUTION: An inverse modulator 11 matches a phase by inversely rotating a reception pilot symbol by respective logic values and outputs it to an averaging device 12 and a distribution computing element 14. In the averaging device 12, vector synthesis is performed, and transmission is made to the next stage as an average vector. Output is performed on a comparator 16 as a desired wave signal level by a squaring device 13. In the meantime, in a time-averaging device 15, a distribution value obtained in the distribution computing element 14 is averaged in plural slots, and an interference wave signal level is obtained and outputted to the comparator 16. In the comparator 16, CIR for which the interference wave signal level has been subtracted from the desired wave signal level and a reference value are compared, and a transmission power control instruction corresponding to a compared result is outputted. Then, a mobile station which has received the instruction immediately increases/decreases the transmission power for a predetermined control step width.
