PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make microcomponents which even a less skilled worker can mount by realizing a jig having a components pick up function at one end and vertical moving arm having a lower end stopper mechanism to restrict the moving range of a shaft; the jig being mounted on the top end of a horizontal multi-joint link. SOLUTION: A worker moves a movable guide VG to a microcomponent CP mounting position on a printed board PB, grips an operating knob AT of the guide VG and lowers a vertical shaft VA to a position where a lower end stopper ST stops it. After fine adjusting to exactly align a lead terminal of the microcomponent CP with a cream solder position on a wiring of the printed board PB, an operating switch FS of a pickup nozzle PU is turned off to release sucking of the pickup nozzle PU. Thus a less skilled worker can mount the component always accurately. |
