The mobile apparatus is two rigid circular discs (2,3) that are thin and identical. They are fixed together rigidly so that they are perpendicular to each other. Their fixing point (5) is at the intersection of the planes of symmetry (7,8) of the opposite surfaces of the discs. The discs are fixed together by their outer edges (6,16). The discs are put on a flat surface (12) and are blown along a straight line by the wind. The discs can be placed on the ground with each disc at an angle of 45 deg to the ground.
