PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize communication of reduced mutual interference between plural communication channels by a communication equipment of simplicity and the same constitution by allowing a single or plural communication stations to use a communication channel having carrier frequencies separated by the integral multiple of an information transmission speed from each other to be the center frequency of a transmission band width concerning plural information data group signals given by spectrum direct spread demodulation. SOLUTION: Information 101 is multiplied by a Barker group being one of a pseudo random coding groups from a pseudo random code generator 121 by a modulator 111 to be a signal setting a frequency f1 given from a local oscillator 141 by a modulator 131 to be a center frequency and passes through a band pass filter 151 in addition. Similarly, other information 10j is made a signal setting the frequency fj to be a center frequency by processing such as multiplying with a Barker group from a pseudo random signal generator 12j by a modulator 11j . Then the frequency intervals of oscillation frequencies f1 to fn are fixed to be the integral multiple of the double frequencies of the information transmitting speed.
