PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a side-face electrode by providing a groove on the surface of a transfer plate made of an elastic material and pressing the side face of the main body of electronic parts on which the electrode is formed against the groove, after the groove has been filled up with conductive paste. SOLUTION: When a side-face electrode 2 is formed on the main body 1 of a laminated filter, a transfer plate 7 is constituted by providing a groove 6 having a prescribed width on the main surface of a flat plate made of an elastic material, and the side face of the main body 1 is pressed against the groove 6 after the groove 6 is filled up with conductive paste 8. The surface of the transfer plate 7 is constituted in a compact flat surface. The amount of the paste 8 filling up the groove 6 is always maintained at a fixed value, by using a transfer plate 7 having a water repelling surface. In addition, the side walls of the groove 6 are inclined, so that the top side of the groove 6 can become wider than the bottom side or the top side of the groove 6 can become narrower than the bottom side. Moreover, silicone rubber is used as the elastic material 5 of the transfer plate 7. |
