PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get contact with the preparing person of plotting information in a file prepared by a cooperative work supporting system or an object preparing person in a general document while using any arbitrary communicating means. SOLUTION: Concerning the cooperative work supporting system, corresponding to the identification information of preparing person of the plotting information, information showing the destination to get contact with that preparing person through one kind of communication media at least is stored. The identification information of preparing person of the plotting information is displayed corresponding to that plotting information (306) and the instruction of communication with that preparing person corresponding to the plotting information is received from a user (302). The information showing the destination to get contact with that preparing person through communication media is acquired and according to the acquired information showing the destination to get contact, the computer of that user and the destination to get contact with that preparing person are connected through these communication media.
