<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball metallic wheel which can remarkably reduce adverse influences to a cable caused by the inclination or twisting of the cable by forming a supporting body of a plurality of spherical bodies which are nondirectionally rotatably supported by the holding section of a frame body. SOLUTION: A ball metallic wheel has a frame body 3 composed of an arch-like upper frame 1 and a circular arcuate lower frame 2 and the upper frame 1 is formed by connecting paired frame members 4 and 5 having connecting sections 4a and 5a at their top ends to each other. In the lower frame 2, in addition, a supporting body 9 is formed by forming a groovelike circular arcuate holding section 7 and arranging a plurality of spherical bodies 8 having the same size in the section 7 in a circular arcuate state so that the centers of the bodies 8 can be arranged in a line or plane. When a force is applied to the supporting body 9 from a cable C supported by the supporting 9, the spherical bodies rotate freely in the direction of the force. Therefore, an increase in wire stretching resistance and adverse influences to the cable C caused by the inclination or twisting of the cable C can be prevented.</p> |
