PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrode from coming into contact with at least one connection terminal on a battery case in the case that an electrode of a battery is oppositely inserted into the battery case. SOLUTION: A guard 12 having a insulation frame 15 that is higher than a protrusion height of a contact 10 protruded on a face of a positive electrode side connection terminal 5 and that is lower than a protrusion height from a battery main body end face of a positive electrode in a battery is formed, inserted into the positive electrode side connection terminal 5 of the battery case, and fixed by a hook claw 11, whereby a gap between a contact face 10 of the positive electrode side connection terminal 5 of the case and the negative electrode face of the battery is generated in the case that the electrode direction of the battery is attached in the opposite direction to the battery case. |
