PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road traffic information receiver with which the traffic information of roads to the destination can be previously grasped at home. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a receiving means 2 for receiving traffic condition data such as traffic trouble, traffic regulation and traffic conditions such as congestion or jamming provided from a road traffic information system and coordinate data expressing the relevant area of these traffic conditions through an antenna 1, storage means 3 for storing the respective data received by this receiving means 2, map data storage means 4 storing a road map, position designating means 5 designating a start position and a destination position and control means 6 for outputting a TV image signal for calling the relevant traffic condition data, coordinate data and map data and displaying the traffic conditions while overlapping them on the map based on a designate signal from this position designating means 5. |
