PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a plurality of insulated electrical wires for a cable with connector terminals by simple operations in a lump, and furthermore make each shield layer excellent at their connections. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal housing chambers 30 and pressure contact terminals 32 to be housed in the aforesaid chambers, are lined up in the housing, and drain wires DW are so designed as to be pressed into contact with the pressure contact terminals 32 so as to be connected therewith. A shield housing side shell 40 and a cover side shell 50 are provided inside the housing 22 and the cover 24 respectively, and either of the shells is brought into contact with the reassure contact terminals 32 which the drawn wires DW are brought into pressure contact with.
