A 2nd system 31 stores it. Furthermore, when the operator enters a command for a memo of meeting on the terminal equipment A1, the 1st system 300 allows the video conference system 32 to send a memo of meeting, including what was said or the like to the 2nd system 31, and the 2nd system 30 stores it. The operator of the terminal equipment A0 displays the information of the conference and the memo of meeting stored by the 2nd system 31 as required to observe them.
