The frame is made up of two flat panels hinged at the top and is erected in an inverted V-shape (1). The frame can be aluminium or steel or of a composite material which can be made luminous. Wheels (3) are fitted to the base of the frame. The solar panel (9) is mounted on the side of the frame facing the sun, and the energy it provides charges a battery (6). The battery powers traffic signal lamps (11). The battery is housed on a box on the side of the frame opposite the solar panel. The box also serves as a support for the post (12) that supports the traffic signals. |
