<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control of variance of a raw material itself influence of a fault and an operation defect of control equipment on thermal processing of a raw material that could not be managed before, by monitoring and inspecting control output values. SOLUTION: This quality control unit is equipped with a sampling and storage means 1 which samples and stores control output values of results controlled and calculated so that a controlled system reaches a temperature target value, from a state wherein an actual temperature measured value enters a constant range of the temperature target value in plant facilities that perform feedback control, at previously set every unit time, an upper/lower-limit comparing means 3 which compares sampled control output values with an upper-limit value and a lower-limit value set for the controlled system and an alarm means 4 which alarms abnormality of the upper- and lower-limit values when the sampled control output value deviates from a range between the upper-limit value and lower-limit value.</p> |
