PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power by providing a specified power supply means and the like and preventing power from being supplied to a non-volatile memory at the time, except the time when an originating/incoming program is to be executed. SOLUTION: When a transmission/reception part 11 detects an incoming call, a CPU 6 judges that the incoming call is given and gives the instruction of power supply resumption to a ROM 1 to a power management circuit 8, for reading/executing the incoming processing program stored in the ROM 1. The circuit 8 receives the instruction and controls a switch 4, so that power is supplied to ROM 1. CPU 6 executes an incoming processing by reading/ executing the incoming processing program stored in the ROM 1, after the power has been supplied to the ROM 1. A system becomes a call state as the result of the execution of the incoming processing program, and the call is made. CPU 6 gives the instruction for the power supply stop to the circuit 8 to the ROM 1 after the call terminates, and the power supply to ROM 1 is stopped by the control of the circuit 8. |
