PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the emission of unwanted radio waves and wasteful power consumption by providing a processing means which recognizes a slave machine identification code with a master machine, only when the slave machine is judged to be charged by the master machine. SOLUTION: A polarity-matching circuit and a polarity-detecting circuit are provided between a charge terminal 118 and a secondary battery 119 in a power circuit 111. The polarity matching circuit is realized by a bridge circuit by means of a light-emitting diode, and the polarity detection circuit is provided with a CdS cell, detecting light emission from the light-emitting diode. In the light-emitting diode and a photocoupler used for the part of the CdS cell, only the left side detects light emission in charging by the master machine and only the right side in charging by a charging-only machine, for example. Then, this is informed to a control part 112. Thus, the control part 112 can judge whether the charging is executed by the master machine or by the charging-only machine. The control part 112 executes the recognition/resetting processing of the identification code similar to a conventional method, only when charging is being executed by the charging circuit of the master machine. Thus, wasteful power consumption can be reduced. |
