摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the miniaturization and save cost of a sound image localizing device by constituting the sound image localizing device while using plural IIR filters. SOLUTION: The body of sound image localizing device comprises a digital signal processor(DSP) 61. When the position of sound image localization or the like is designated by a manipulator 63, it is reported through a CPU 62 to the DSP 61 and the parameters of various filters provided at the DSP 61 are switched. Concerning this device, a 1st IIR filter means multiplies a transmission function, with which the change of tone in case of changing a sound source angle is expressed, to a sound source signal and outputs the result as the binoral sound image localize signal of one channel. Besides, a 2nd IIR filter means multiplies a transmission function, with which the relationship of left and right channels is expressed, to the output signal from the 1st IIR filter means and outputs the result as the binoral sound image localize signal of the other channel.
